We collect what you choose to send us in the project application:

• Your name, company, email address and, if you give it, your phone number
• Your current website, if you have one
• What you tell us you are looking to build
• The budget range and timeline you select

Like every website, the servers that deliver this one keep standard technical logs: the address a request came from, the browser used and the time. We use them to keep the site running and secure.

This site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics trackers. The performance readout on the services page is calculated inside your browser and is not sent to us.

We use what you send to reply to you, to prepare for a conversation about your project and, if we work together, to do that work.

We do not sell personal information. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Your application is delivered to AVAK by email. The companies that host this website and deliver that email process it on our behalf and only to provide that service.

We may disclose information if the law requires it.

We keep an application for as long as the conversation or the working relationship lasts, and afterwards for as long as ordinary business records require. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do so, use the project application on this site or message @avakmediamanagement on Instagram. Depending on where you live, the law may give you further rights, and we will honor them.

This website is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

This site links to the websites of companies in our portfolio and to Instagram. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
