These terms cover the use of this website, which is operated by AVAK Media Management LLC ("AVAK", "we"). Work we do for clients is governed by a separate written agreement, not by this page.
01Using this site
You may browse this site and contact us through it. Please do not misuse it: do not attempt to disrupt it, gain access to anything that is not public, or submit false or automated applications.
02Applications are not contracts
Sending a project application starts a conversation. It does not create a client relationship and does not oblige either of us to go ahead.
Any starting price or budget range shown on this site is a guide. The scope, schedule and price of a project are set only in a written agreement signed by both sides.
03Our work and our portfolio
The design, text and code of this website belong to AVAK. Please do not copy them.
The portfolio shows work for companies in the AVAK family of businesses. Their names and logos belong to those companies. Where a project is marked as in build, the previews show work in progress and may change before launch.
04No guarantees from this page
We keep this site accurate, but it is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. Nothing on it is a promise of a particular result.
05Liability
To the extent the law allows, AVAK is not liable for losses arising from the use of this website or from relying on its content.
